This was my first commissioned work and a great memory for many reasons. We chose Southern Yellow Pine. Once stained and varnished the doors matched the original woodframes in this Victorian house. Experts will notice that I didn't replicate the exact traditionnal bolection moulding. The choice was made to place the handle at today's standard height of 900mm (when the handle used to be centered on the middle rail).a storyboard of my woodwork achievements in Scotland and back in France, in Aquitaine and Occitanie.
