In Scotland, I worked for a year with Ebenstairs in Edinburgh, for a couple of months with Christopher Howard Cabinet Makers in Musselburgh (http://www.christopherhoward.com/), and another few months with Kenny MacRae & Sons Joiners in Durness, Sutherland.
Before that, I attended a training course at the Fédération Compagnonnique des Métiers du Bâtiment, FCMB, in Grenoble, France. This was in 2008.
